As an artist, I believe in the profound ability of drawing and painting to connect us with our inner selves and rediscover the joy within. By sharing my experience and techniques, I help individuals unlock their creativity, even if they’ve never picked up a brush before. Whether it’s blending colors or sketching simple forms, the process itself becomes a meditative journey, fostering self-awareness and happiness. Mindscape Workshop

This is a three days offline workshop that offers a comprehensive training of Mindscape Drawing methods. The simple act of freehand drawing transforms into a powerful brain-boosting and stress-relieving exercise. These extensive art therapy sessions helps you break free from overthinking, awaken your creativity, and stimulate cognitive flexibility—without needing any prior drawing skills!
